I'm am so frustrated since buying over 50 000 rands worth of appliances from hi fi corp and paying an extra 200 on delivery charges I now have a fridge that does not work and has not worked sinced it was purchased on the 19th of March 2013!!! I was told I don't have an option to return and that they would call kic to get a technician to assess the problem and only then would they decide whether or not to replace the fridge kic have taken more time than necessary!!! Its a new month and finally get a call from such an unproffessional man advising he needs to see me now. I'm a working person and have taken more than enough leave trying to sort this problem. I am so over trying to be patient and have given up all hope of ever resolving this pem. Thank u to hi fi corporation and kic for ALL your assistance and hoping to never do business with you again
