My debit order was not taken off on 1st March despite funds being available, I noticed that my Truworths account wasn't debited either. The debit order was then taken off on the 6th of March for YDE and Truworths. I then received a Statement in mid March informing me that my account was in arrears. I sent an email to confirm payment & I received feedback to inform me that it was sorted out.
I received my Statement today for March and to my shock it says I'm still in arrears despite the debit order going off & it being YOUR fault for taking it off late!
This matter makes me FURIOUS as I am a good payer with a good credit history & you are ruining this for me by not handling your accounts properly! I'm planning on applying for a bond this year & I fear this mix up will put a default against my name!
WHAT is going on as clearly the last person who I dealt with via email doesn't care?!?
If this matter is not rectified I will no longer shop at YDE or Truworths for that matter!
