I have deposited money in March this year into MFC's account since I needed to made up for an arrears amount on my car payments. The lady I delt with was Gugu from their collections apartment. I phoned her and told her that I did not have time to fax the deposit slip through to her, but that I made the payment.
She confirmed that she received the payment. Since en of March until now, double and triple debit orders are going off on my account, claiming that my account is in arrears. I wrote email after email to MFC and then they respond by sending me a statement that not even a chartered accountant could figure out!!
Gugu also said they went onto a new system with debit orders that was a fault on their side. It is now June month, my account is still showing it is in arrears! All my debit orders bounce every month because of MFC and their admin that is up to you know what. I have a bad credit rating because of them taking more than three quaters of my salary each month and then I must dispute the debit orders and pay R115 for every debit order that returns... So currently damages on my side is R690-bank fees R315 - Airtime and my time that is absolutely priceless. I am not happy at all!!!
