I received bad service and bad attitude from a cashier by the name of Mapaseka, the way the store oparates its not up to standard at all, they placed notice board on the tills, like cash or card, I normaly use my card to pay all the time, I went to the till point were it says card, but when I'm arriving at the cashier after a long queeu the cashier told me my card its not working on her till because its a chip card I should start a queeu on cash till point again, she didint even lesson to me and she called other customer while I was taliking to her, she just ignores me, management had to deal with this kind of service and attitude from staff, they must updates notice boards in the morning, or they should send staff for trainings like other big pick n pay stores, go to any mall you will receive good service and attitude, orange farm staff most of them are incompitent, they don't have customer service, why should we beg them as we are the one who pays they are salaries
