Report a woolies store card

I reported my woolies store card as on the 6th Aug 2013 ago and followup on the arrival of the new card cause it was said that it will be send to the nearest branch, only to find out the card was never sent it was only blocked and i wanted to do a purchase while the sale is on, i asked the consutnat can i do a purchase with my ID to my disappointment it was said that i can only do a purchase with my card which only going to arrive within the next 7days from today and the sale ends the 19th Aug, I'm very disappointed that my woolies store card wasn't send the first time i report it.By means when a card is reported automatically they should no to send a replacement card is not that i closed my account.i'm dealing with woolies for many years and this is how they they serve a loyal customer... i'm loosing outr big time.
