I wanted to open a Woolworth Account. I therefore applied at the Centurion Mall Branch. They said it would take 3 weeks and i Should Receive an SMS to say that i sould pick up the card.
I never received the SMS so i went to the store to find out where my card was just to be sent back again without a card because I did not receive an SMS.
I then eventually received an SMS and went to the store 5 days later (I work 7-7 and dont have time during the week) to fetch the card to find out that they sent the card back because the SMS was sent out late and the card was avtually in store for 3weeks prior to the sms.
They then reapplied for the card and said that it would take 7-10 Working days.
I went after 10 days without an SMS because that obviously did not work out the first time and still there was no card!
I am highly dissapointed in the service I received and I am not even a customer yet!!
Why cant you post the card to me??
