Applied for c/card telephonically, I received a message that my credit card has been approved I ms go collect it after 5 days and select my pin. After 5 days I go there wt proof of residence I'm told I ms bring my payslip. Wt my latest payslip I go there a gain I was told my payslip is less than a month I must bring a 3 month payslip. I opted for a 3 month bank statement the manager said NO. Why is it a mission and a waste of time and money to get the credit card. I was in need of cash rushin to the hospital my baby is in ICU whch I explained and provided proof o the managre bt wt no luck. Sum1 help m understand or dd I choose the wrong branch to hv my card delivered?
