Lanco Quality Complaint.
The reason for my complaint is that I have purchased a LANCO watch on 24/12/11 for my wife as a Christmas gift. She hardly wear this watch only as she wears many watches and yet the silver is coming off and turning Brown?? R499
My wife wanted another brand of Watch for Christmas and I rather bought a Lanco as I THOUGHT IT TO BE QUALITY???
I have tried reasoning with the sales staff at NWJ and yet there seems to be a complete lack of willingness to assist me.
I would request that NWJ exchange this bad quality watch or credit me towards another type of Lanco or better quality watch of the same value (I will pay in if needed) as this type loses its silver and is of low quality
Lets hope this matter can be resolved as I am not leaving this matter unresolved due to bad quality. I have all photos watch and puchaces slips
