Please close my account as requested a month ago

I paid up my account on the 20th of February and waited until when I call the self service call centre that my balance was zero. I then called your call centre and asked them to CLOSE my account. I further requested a paid up letter which Kealeboga Kau sent very promptly. Thanks to her. I'm sitting here, under the impression that my account had been closed only to find this SMS on Thursday:

Dear MISS M MATHE due to Post Office delays, your latest Edgars total due amount is R.00 payable on or before 01 April 2013. If you have already made payment, thank you. To avoid delays receive your statement via MMS or e-mail, SMS YES to 42935

I requested that you close my account. Close people, not have it opened. Kindly close as requested.
