I bought a Lanco watch a week ago at Tygervalley shopping centre, before I had it a week some of the small diamonds on the side started falling out.
I took it back today, but the lady who helped me at the jewellery counter said they did not have a similar one to replace, and if I replaced it with another one, I would not be able to use my double Thank u points I used to buy the watch initially.
Why should I be penalised for a product that Edgars sells, which is faulty. So I cant replace it with another watch, nor did she offer to find out if another store still has one like it. AND I lose my Thank U points,
I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years.
