I bought a washing machine on 28 March 13. I payed cash, and asked for the machine to be handed over to me so I can take it home. I was denied, they told me lame stories about handling and delivery fees. Till today 2 April 13, no delivery, when I phone the store I'm being taken from pillar to post and sometimes even cut off. I don't understand why they force to charge me all those extra fees, if they know they cannot deliver on time. Charging 10% of the purchase price for delivery is ridiculous, for a distance less than 1km. I need this resolved ASAP, delivery to take place today, or I want my money back.
