When purchasing the twin tub washing machine I was informed the system had it as R 2799.90 and to make it R 2999.90 I would have to take the Surge plug for R 299.90. I agreed. upon delivery, none of that happened, the copy I received had only one item which was the washing machine (upon delivery). When I went to the store, I was told that the surge plug was for free and I have to come and collect it from them, of which they could not find it when they were checking on their system. Was told to come the next day as the lady who assisted was not there. I did exactly that but the lady denied everything. I don't understand how I could be told that I bought the plug then they swallow their words. This is bad service and I have been robbed. I have all the documents they gave me. They latest I got today (29.01.2014) says that the machine was R2631.53 and delivery as R307.02 then they brought up VAT for R411.40. No one was able to explain.
