I bought some appliances for my new home on the 4th of March. Delivery could only be two days later.
On the Wednesday afternoon the appliances came but there were two washing machines instead of a washing machine and a dryer.
I phoned the store and told them of the mix up and was told it would be sorted out. It wasn't and even with me visiting the store every afternoon and multiple calls I'm still sitting with two washing machines. I called the call center on Tuesday hopelessly disillusioned by the mediocre after sales service. They only got back to me today say they can sort it out next week. in the meantime what was supposed to be a new start for me is hanging till this ridiculous issue fits there timescale.
I've decided to sell the extra washing machine, buy a tumble dryer somewhere else and keeping the extra money. this store WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN... rather go buy you appliances somewhere else, pay a little extra and have better service.
