I bought a washing machine on Wednesday the 10th by Game at Cape Gate shopping mall. Had to wait till Saturday for them to deliver because they had to order stock. They delivered the machine the Saturday and with the first wash I noticed that the drum was broken. Phoned them the same day to collect and deliver new one, arranged it for Wednesday the 17th. The 17th I must have spoken to 5 different people regarding the delivery and none would help me because I did not have my "green slip" with me! Eventually I got to the manager of the warehouse who said the delivery and collection was not on their books. Phoned Game at Cape Gate and they said they can only deliver the next day, unfortunately my husband took a day off and waited for them just to be disappointed with a no show. Told them to deliver and collect today Saturday the 20th and they showed up empty handed at my doorstep! Still no washing machine and its been 11 days since I have paid for it!!! All the driver could say is "sorry but the warehouse is closed and we were only instructed to collect"!!!
