I am writing this email with rage and absolute disgust with the putrid and utterly poor service my wife and i got from RUSSELLS SOUTHGATE
we opened an account nearly 3 weeks ago for a fridge, tv, lounge suite, coffee table microwave, washing machine and tv stand... this is a of alot of furniture By The WAY!!!
they only delivered the tv stand, microwave and washing machine... we are newly wed and have only that in our place now!!! NO FRIDGE NO TV NO LOUNGE SUITE NO COFFEE TABLE
i suppose i should store my food in the washing machine with the hopes of it not expiring considering the fact of how costly it is!!! everyday i call them and they give me the same lame story that
the warehouse doesn't have stock (of which is not my problem)... now when i walked in the store and decided to give Russells business... i was told maximum period for delivery is 3 days... well to my surprise im still waiting...
and have now considered canceling the deal and taking back the furniture myself!!!
