On Friday I bought a washing machine & clearly wrote on the invoice that they must call before delivery.
Today they arrived at my house at 12:30 without calling. My domestic worker was at home but she didn't have the remote to open the front gate, she just had a key to a small pedestrian gate. She was forced to open the pedestrian gate and the washing machine was then squeezed through which is not acceptable. The delivery team then called me to tell me it was in. I explained to them that it was only through 1 gate and that there is a 2nd gate which my domestic worker did not have the key to so she was unable to open the 2nd gate for them and receive the machine.
I explained that they must come back after 3:30 today when my wife will let them in and they left.
My wife phoned the store and was told by Sydney that the drivers aren't coming back today because "they were chased away"
I am beyond upset with the service received. Firstly I asked them to call me which never happened. Then they made my worker open a gate and force it through. Now they're refusing to come back today alleging they were chased away. Please sort this out ASAP or I'll request a full refund under CPA
