I have never called the home choice call centre and recieved satisfactory service ever. I have been calling homechoice to follow up on my order and eachtime i call i am told my order is on its way, all i want is for someone to follow and up and tell me how far my order is as i told the consultant i was speaking to that i need it by this thursday, if not then this order must just be cancelled. The person who placed the order for me said she would make it a priority order. Please follow up and advise as i am getting very frustrated dealing with the call centre.
