I have an account with woolworths which was handed over to Esterbberry attoney last year, I paid my account R625 at the store up date last year December 2013. I contacted woolworth head office to cancel the didint account and was adviced not to cancel the account if I still want to use it and they increased my credit to R1000. I didn't cancel, I used my account to purchase clothes in January 2013 and paid, in January 2013 it reflect that I didn't pay my account of which I paid it via the attonernies, I got I call from a woolworth consultant advicing that my account was not paid, I then started paying at the store to date, then easternbarry blocked my account. Please woolworths tell me how must I pay??? And unblock my account
