In Oct 2012 i got a call from one of the consultants at rl dally regarding my Woolworth account, It was in arrears, the agent advised me if i pay the settlement amount the account will cleared up and be sent back to the store. I PAID THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT, Nov month i went into the Woolworth to make sure the account its settled and they said no there is a R10.00 OUTSTANDING, which i once again paid. The consultant called them and they said the account is settled and will be closed..We are now in 2013 RL DAILY is still saying i owe them money.. I don't think its fair they harass you 24/7 and when they made the settlement agreement they did not mention their fees and to top it off my account has now been closed and i cant use it. I don't think its fair this people are disgusting and money greedy .they need to sort out the service fees with Woolworth.. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT AND I WANT MY ACCOUNT REOPENED!!! VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER
