My account was handed over to MBD attorney due to financial difficulties but on the 16 of march 2013 i settled my account in full and obtained proof of payment.since march 2013 when i settled my account my itc report hasn't been amend or no paid up letter sent when i inquired i am advised my funds hasn't been allocated i have sent numerous proof of payment which only on the 02 October 2013 advised by la vine Saputoe from Woolworth head office that she cant view the account number but KEDIBONE from mbd confirmed that account number was very visible. I NEED FUNDS ALLOCATED & MY NAME UPDATE ON ITC FROM THE 16 MARCH 2013
