I normally paid my Woolworth loan manually in the Woolworth stores, so I emailed the customer centre for details to do an EFT into my account with Woolworth, so less hassle. The customer care agent emailed me back with details to do the transaction, and the ref number that she gave me was wrong which i never know and paid my account. For the month of May my funds went into someone else account, so its been almost 2 months and they can not rectify THEIR MISTAKE, i have emailed and faxed Woolworth info to help them correct themselves, BUT NO LUCK
