Account paid up yet still hounded

In April 2012 my Woolworths account was paid up in full. Copies of receipt payment were sent to Woolworths Financial sercices and MBD. MBD and Woolworth confirmed this was paid up. I still receive call from MBD stating the account is outstanding. Woolworth Financial Services are looking into the query. Contact point is Sedima MOkoyama at the Financial Recoveries department. It is over a year and MBD state they have not received payment from Woolworth. How does Woolworth deal with there outstanding book and why is the data not updated as payments is made in April 2012. This is extremely annoying, fustrating and this affects my credit rating.
