Being a customer with Edgars for more than 30 years, i was asked to come in to Fica which i did immediately.
Two days later i was asked to come in again because something was not right with the Fica process, which i did. Gues what, it flopped again.
I've now Fica'd for a third time and are really frustrated with Edgars and their way of treating me. I was later informed that my account has been blocked.
After requesting assistance from their customer services department i was later apologetically informed that they checked my account and assured me that everything is now cleared and i should go ahead as usual.
Yesterday i went to pay my account as usual and again was rudely informed that my account was closed.
What is my current balance i asked, to which both assistants replied " R00 000 mam"
What is my installment i asked, to which they replied " R 400.00 mam.
How on earth do i owe nothing but have an installment, to which i got a reply of "sorry mam, i don't know"
I am disgusted with how much time and effort i had to put in to still not get satisfaction.
Edgars must get their act together or face losing customers.
