Brother HL-2130 printer with free FAULTY tone

I have contacted the product support division of Brothers on 31 January 2013 and informed them of the
the damaged toner that I received free when you purchase the printer. I have forwarded the pictures of the toner
as requested by Dirk Viljoen and he replied on Monday, 1 February 2013, that they will have some feedback for me. To date I have not received any feedback, neither does they respond to me emails enquiring about the long
awaited feedback. It is really sad that suppliers try and sell their goods by offering free cartridges which ends up being faulty, just to get their product sold. I see that the still have this offer on to purchase the Brother HL 2130 and receive a free faulty toner - really sad!!
