Families not allowed to enter stores with trolley

I recently started shopping at Promenade Mall & find it appalling that most stores do not allow one to enter with a trolley. I have a child that is under 2 & it is difficult to carry a number of shopping bags & keep her with a free hand. When one goes to the mall, it's not only to one store & how can I fit clothing/shoes on for my child with bags in my hand or even worse, try & control her from being distracted by all the items on the shelves. The trolley makes it convenient for her to sit in, instead of running around & the bags are all in one place without the risk of an item falling out of my hands. The mall is a place where families go & this type of limitation is not customer friendly. We come to spend our hard earned cash in your stores yet get treated with attitude & simply get told "no trolleys allowed" in spite of being alone with your child. If it is a matter of, then jack up security instead of treating innocent shoppers as criminals. The mall is also very full, one cannot leave your trolley outside the store where your items or trolley will be taken or forbid, MY CHILD?? i'm not a criminal. Stop treating me like one. Please review
