Another disappointing shopping experience at Game (Lenasia), how surprising.
Whenever my husband and i shop at this particular store we are treated like criminals and are refused entry into the store because we have another trolley of goods purchased from other stores. This is not the fist time that this has happened. On the 28/09/2013 i was not allowed to enter the store unless i left my trolley on the side as per the security guards instructions. I know every store has there policies but this is ridiculous, where I am treated like a criminal. Due to this i left the store. The security guards couldn't be bothered if one or many of our personal items/goods are taken by someone else. They don't even keep your trolley in a safe place, our trolleys are left out in the busy pathway with people walking up and down. In addition to this NO tag/identification is given to say that this trolley belonged to me. Any Tom, and Harry can openly go and claim my trolley as his or hers. You people couldn't give a about our belongings and yet we cannot take it with us into the store. Because of the horrible treatment i received i will rather shop else where. Really disappointed
