Good day,
I have just returned home from shopping at Checkers Hyper in Gateway. On my way out of the store, I headed toward the bathroom area to collect my child before going to my car in the parking lot just outside the front of the store. As I passed the security guard, he stopped me and said I could not take my trolley past that side. I explained I was just fetching my child and would be coming back past him to get to the parking area where I had parked. He refused and said I had to leave the trolley with him. I then had to take all my groceries out of the trolley as well as my second child who was in the trolley as well and carry everything to the bathroom to collect my other child.
I am shocked at how I was treated. If you don't want clients to use trolleys, then rather discontinue providing them. This is now the second time this has happened to me. I would like to see you carry two children and groceries. Not fun at all!!!
