Good Day Yesterday (Wednesday 24th) I was in your Mall for the day. I enjoyed the morning but when entering your MR PRICE SPORT store I was seriously upset at the manner in which I was addressed by its security staff. I had a trolley with a very expensive laptop and two shopping bags in. When I attempted to enter the door the man without etiquette told me that I'm not allowed in the store with my trolley. When I told him that there was a very expensive item in the trolley he turned his back on me and the sales till operator looked at me blankly. I clearly indicated to him that this was not something that I would leave laying at his door he said your not allowed in the store. I immediately left and went to your client desk. Tell me is this the way your allowing retailers to treat customers? What will they do in the Festive Season with all your retailers having customers with loaded trolley's? I have never been so insulted or discussed by company that dislikes sales in their stores.. And to think that on Tuesday I was in that very store and they had no problem with me then and a trolley or no trolley.
Etiquette and proper training is what they need. I disgusted and offended.
