Bad Service

Last year I received a Kindle purchased at Incredible Connection. Two weeks ago I purchased books from Amazon and while down loading the books the Kindle froze-up. I switched off the device and restarted in in order to re-boot it. The device never came back on again. I then took it back to Incredible connections branch at Boksburg Mall. There the shop assistant told me that there is no technician available and that I should take the device to the K90 centre in Boksburg. Again there was no technician available and a lady. A lady at reception gave me the email. address of Amazone. I send a mail to them, and it was like I entered a different world. It literary took 15 minutes from my first mail, to a satisfactory solution. My Kindle is replaced and is on its way via UPS, I must return the defective device via UPS, all this at no cost to me.

I commend the service from Amazone.
