I have bought a kindle on the 7th of May. Starting using item on the 17th. I took the kindle to Incredible Connection earlier today for assistance as kindle doesnt want to switch on. They are referring me to [URL Removed] This is unacceptable!!! I bought the item at Incredible Connection AND NOT [URL Removed] as I wanted some back-up service. Why refer me to the manufacturer??? The attitude of the store manager is also not appreciated as he has serious attitude problems - rude, obnoxious and have no idea how to speak to customers. As per him, they are acting in accordance with the CPA. Obviously he doesnt have any knowledge about the client protection act!! You guys cannot advertise your after sales service if there is none. I am not at all happy about what happened to me and WILL NEVER buy any item from you again. Totally disgusted in the way you handle customers and repair problems.
