I purchased an HP printer at Incredible Connection Pietermaritzburg Liberty Midlands Mall on 17/12/2010 for the purchase price of R3499.96 and was informed that it carried a 3year warranty. The device is now faulty and although it falls under the warranty period, I was informed that there is no record of the warranty being registered online neither do I have any hardcopy proof. After speaking to the Branch Manager, Mr Neville Hamilton I was informed in a nutshell the onus was on me to register the device and they take no liability! What terrible service to a loyal customer! What reasonable person would not register the device and forfeit the warranty if informed by the sales consultant.?
