4 months ago I bought a kindle light leather cover at Incredible Connection (retailing at about R950) - the one hinge connecting the light to the Kindle for power broke off. Incredible Connection's response: nothing they cant do, it cant be fixed or replaced. Shocking after care service on a product that cost almost R1000... Will from now on purchase any Kindle accessories directly from amazon (who has great customer service) and refrain from supporting Incredible Connection for any other IT purchase...
