Dear Edgars,
You are not treating me well lately.
Please explain what the point of a linked card is? My wife has had a card linked to my account basically since we were married and has used it many times, even after both our cards were converted to "Thank U" cards. Suddenly, this morning, when she tried to use it to pay for some goods at CNA at East Rand Mall, she was told that the card cannot be used, and that the primary card holder must use their card - something about FICA was mentioned - which makes me livid since I FICA'd both my wife's linked card and my own on 31 December 2012. There were several other people that this happened to as well, so this is not an isolated incident. I had to stop what I was doing, and then travel to the East Rand Mall to go rescue her. Needless to say, this raised my ire towards Edgars somewhat.
So - an issue with the Edgars system becomes my problem. The staff at CNA had the "It's not our problem" attitude, however that is pretty much what I have come to expect.
