During last week we tried to purchase an item at the Tygervalley Branch of Edgars, using my wife's card which is linked to my Account (TJK Willis) and was unable to make the purchase.
During March 2013, the same incident occurred at the CapeGate Branch of Edgars, leading to Edgars Staff being incompetent and RUDE.
After this incident an email was sent to verify my details as well as my wife's, including I.D No's, Account No. etc and was completed on line.
It just proves that Edgars' systems are up the pole and will mention these incidents to all friends who hold Edgars accounts and those who anticipate using Edgars, because a simple comment is that their systems are up to ""
