I had the Edgards purple cash cards for years. after they converted to the white Thank you card, i had about R54 up until two weeks ago. everytime (over 5 months) i wanted to use my point, the system was always down. when it was finallly up, they tell me my points i only have R1.60 in point. they tell me the point expire but they could not tell me when they expired and how long they take before they expire. This is a pathetic of Edgars' to get us to convert to ''store credit card''. I do not want a ''credit card''. I will not buy with ''credit'' at Edgars. It is really pathetic that Edgards does this to loyal customers they have had for years. I am going to tear up the "NO thank you" card cause there is nothing that says "thank you" about. and to top it all up the conversion from point to money is unfair in that one needs 1000 points for rand and no one at the stores can tell me how this thing works. I will stick with loyalty cards from other retailers that are fair and honest. Edgars can keep their loyalty points. they converted a friends ''thank you '' card to CREDIT card without his consent. Edgards better NOT do that to me.
