I made a payment on my account at CNA Springs but the person gave me the wrong amount now my account is - R1502.41. I contacted Edgars account on 25 march to ask for a refund, They said I must fax through a letter, cetified copy of id and bank statement to 086 579 3110 att Maria and the money would be refunded. | sent the fax the same day. Today I called because I have not heard anything back. I was told MAria is on leave and no one in the entire EDGARS group can help me. Now I have to wait 15 days before even being allowed to ask my own money back. How can there not even be one other person in the entire edgars group able to help. R1500 is a lot to me as I struggle and need the money for food.
