3 weeks later and still no refund from Edgars

I paid my account in full, in fact over paid as the Festival branch gave me the wrong closing balance amount, so now Edgars owes me R300 but no one will assist as to how i will receive the refund as now i have closed my account so who cares right? this query is being handed from one person to the next and no one acutually doing anything about this. i will never ever have an Edgars acc again!!!
