I had lodged a hellpeter complaint against edgars 3 weeks ago after they failed to refund money debited on my account after i had it closed. Mitchel called and asked me for my bank statement and ID copy even though i had submitted them thrice already and i had several calls from edgars confirming receipt and saying my moneu would be paid back to me. Now at the end of july, i still dont have my money back and my account has been debited again.
