ACCOUNT REFUND

I overpaid my Edgars Acc as I set up a stop order for monthly payments. The account is now closed however Edgars is giving me the run around to refund my money. I went 4 times already to Edgars Eastgate, and every time I get there, I get told a different story. Yes I understand the account was handed over, however the stop order I setup, I was paying Edgars directly from my bank account. I dealt with Elsie initially, and she told me to write a letter to Edcon requesting a refund (what a joke) and bring confirmation of my bank acc no# for the money to be deposited into. I did that and handed this to Edgars 1st week Aug 2013 but I never received a call or my money back. When I went back twice to Edgars Eastgate, I dealt with Spha - he told me the debt collecting agency is not part of Edcon and I must fax the documents again myself and he doesn't know their fax no# and I must come at 9am if I want their assistance and then refused to help me further. When I went back the next day, at least Phumzile took my letter again and faxed my documents and adviced me I will be contacted but however till now I have not received my refund / call from Edgars. No professionalism, poor customer serv
