I was highly disappointed and frustrated by a sarcastic store assistant by implementing ridiculous store procedure.
I went to buy some items at Markam's In Cape Town Golden Acre. At the Fitting Room I was told leave my bag outside the fitting room, My iPod, 2 Cellphone, wallet, house keys, car keys, money and other items was all in my bag & I had to trust this sarcastic & impolite store clerk to keep it safe? And after his rude sarcasm & impolite attitude?! why would I trust him?
I insisted to speak to the manager which he refused to do, which I had to do myself. He told me that I should change myself in the store if I don't want to leave my bag by him. I think that his response was uncalled for. I don't think he respected me as a buying customer as there were people in the store looking at me as if I am stupid.
I left the store with NOTHING.
I don't understand why I had to leave all my personal belongings outside the fitting room. It's not like I am going to 5 items in one small bag and it's also not as if he will take responsibility for any loss or items of mine.
I would like someone to return my call! Thank You!
