I was very disappointed by the service received on Saturday (02/02). I purchased 3 items which were clearly marked as having a 30% discount but when I paid for the items I was discounted on only on 1 item. I eventually spoke to to the manager Grace Malo who advised me that the other 2 items were "sale"items therefore i cannot get the discount. My argument is why were they placed on the shelf as items that were still to be discounted when they were already on sale, as a customer I took those items based on the fact that I was going to get a discount only to be told that as per the slip the items were already on sale cause they had a specific code which was 91 - i don't work at Edgars so how am I supposed to know what the code means???
I pay my account every month without fail and i expect to be treated like a paying customer.
