Yesterday 21/04/2012 I bought a bucket load of clothing items at the Meltz in Northgate, they were having a closing dow sale. It was late in the afternoon by the time I reached the till to pay the store had long closed. I payed for my items and they were packed for me, because it was rather late and the ladies assiting me didnt look rather happy to be doing so after hours, I took my items without checking if all was in order. Only to find that I had been charged for 13 items and only received 11 items. The lady packing left out a H&M navy blue cardigan as well as a grey exposite vest. I want my items as I paid for them with my hard earned money.
