Appalling service

I am appalled by the type of service that I have received from House & home, I bought my Bauer hoover machine cash 3 months ago and the lid had a factory fault, I took the machine back to the store and the manager replaced the lid. When I used the machine again the lid still had a problem so I took it back to the store once again and this time decided to leave it there. It's now been a month and I have not received any correspondence from House and Home regarding my hoover machine. I spent money on a hoover that I no longer have.
