I took the Hoover Vacuum Machine inn because it was blowing out dust as i vacuum. They send it to the supplier for fault-checking and i was called inn and told it has been repaired. There in the store i asked the staff member to test it so that i can be certain that it is in good operational condition and she plugged it inn and GUESS WHAT? A HUGE AMOUNT OF DUST CAME OUT OF THE BLOWER RIGHT IN OUR FACES and she quickly switched it off. so she agreed with me that the problem has not been fixed and she will inform the responsible person and will let me know. The next day she phones to tell me that the store manager says they will not refund and there is nothing they can do about it and i must go and fetch the machine and contact the Manufacturer myself regarding the problem. i told her that i did not purchase the Machine from the Manufacturer but from Game and it is about 2 months since i purchased it and i returned it immediately upon the first-time use because it was blowing out dust instead of trapping it inside the container and this has caused me and my 6 year old son lot of coughing due to the dust inhalation that came out of the Machine's blow- outlet. Its a major health risk!!
