Ok Store Manager poor service and bad attitude

On 16/12/2012 I bought a hoover at OK furniture Store and the parts of a hoover just become loose and comes out it was that small part you find in front.
When I went to the store I ask for help from Store Manager, asking her if she can take it back to a manufacturer for maintenance since I was told as a customer that my hoover has 1 year guarantee, but I was so shocked when she tell me with an attitude that she can't do anything for me I must see what I can do since guarantee doesn't cover plastic parts its only cover hoover motor, and she even mentioned that they were no longer making business with the supplier, was that my fault, I didn't want to hear that as a customer. But when I buy my hoover no one explain to me that it covers only certain parts, they just say its has an 1 year guarantee I can bring it at anytime if something happen because they just wanted me to buy, what is important to OK is money (sales) compared to their customers. I am so disappointed since I was a loyalty customer to OK but now I don't see myself, friends, colleagues and family buying from them again. I expected the store Manager to go an extra mile for me as a customer but I was on my own.
