Left feeling completely stranded

In March this year I purchased a Hoover Vacuum. After using it 3 times it burnt out. I thought this was very strange as i have a small 2 bedroom apartment. I returned it to Clicks and as it was still under warrenty, they managed to replace it with a new machine.

After using the new machine for the 3rd time, it did the same thing as the first one and burnt out.
I took it to my nearest clicks which was Rivonia and delt with Kgaugalo.

He said he was not able to give me a new machine as its no longer manufactured. I asked for my money back as i had my slip but he said he could not assist me as i do not have the box.
I asked him how he will be able to help me, he took my details and promised to give me a call that following Monday (as is was Friday). I did not hear from him at all for the whole week. That next Monday i gave him a call but i could hear that he was not interested in helping me.
He said he would get the regional manager to give me a call as he (Kgaugalo) cant help me.
I am still waiting for that call.
1) I am highly disappointed and frusterated with the service i recieved from a Clicks employee.
2) I am shocked with the quality of the hoover I purchased and want a refund
