Washing machine still faulty after 3rd repair

Hello Peter

We bought a washing machine from House and Home in Strunbensvale in December 2012.
This machine has been repaired 3 times already and thing is still not working.
I have spoken to Management at5 house and Home but they are still giving me no joy.
I have requested for a refund so I can go and buy a new one from a place that would be able to replace a faulty machine when needed.
The problem is I have to go to a Laundromat to was my clothes and pay extra for it while I can do it in the comfort of my own home.
