Coffee machine at repair shop for 2 months

I bought a delonghi prima donna S coffee maker in November of 2012. August 2013, it started giving problems by not frothing the milk when my wife wanted cappuccino. I took it back to dions where I bought it and they send it to kenwood, who is the official support for delonghi in south africa. We waited almost a month before it came back. We tested it, and nothing was fixed. When I finally managed to get hold of the technician, I was calmy told that the problem was with the milk jug, and as they did not have spares, he send it back. Finally kenwood agreed to collect the machine again and give me an inferior "loan" model while they go and replace the milk jug. Its now been almost 5 weeks, and still nothing. When I phone, I just get told that they are still waiting for milk jug. My warranty expires in November, I atleast want to use the machine before that! I either want a new milk jug right now, or a new machine/fixed machine or my money back, or I am opening a case of, as the consumer act states, if there are no part available, I must be refunded
