Owen and Bernie sold a computer then insist that Windows 7 OS comes with a full version of Word and Excel. Obviously this is not true, but they even had the audacity to make me call suppliers of Microsoft to verify this and then proceeded to claim that an antivirus loaded onto the computer had gotten rid of the Word and Excel. I was so appalled at their attitude towards me because it made it sound like a woman could not be right about computer software.
What made it worse was when Bernie started raising his voice to me insinuating that I did not know what I was talking about as he had a computer at home that was not loaded with MS Office but had a full version of Word.
I am appalled at their service as I am worried how many other people get that kind of service from them. Especially people who have very little knowledge about this. I will not be suggesting anyone buy their computers from them as they seem to be very stubborn instead of admitting their mistake.
