A. I find Microsoft' Customer Service a complete disaster.

1. To get hold of a human being is almost impossible.

2. When you do, he or she is not from South Africa and require all sorts of personal information before even identifying what I want.

3. When they at last find out that you want to buy XP Home Edition they tell you that Microsoft does not supply it anymore (because support is ending for it next year) and that you have to buy it from retailers (who also do not have it for the same reason...).

B. I find Microsoft's conduct questionable

1. I want to buy a legal version of XP Home as I bought a small computer which cannot run anything better.

2. Microsoft will not sell me XP.

3. Dealers cannot sell me a legal version due to unavailability.

4. I don't suppose they are approving the use of illegal versions, so I suppose they want me to get rid of my computer then?
